Bespoke intensives for rapid progress. Longer sessions, greater frequency, with flexible scheduling. Achieve months of weekly therapy in a much shorter time. Can also be a wonderful enhancement to traditional therapy.

Brief & Flexible Therapy

A single session? No problem. A short course of therapy? Absolutely! Appointments are usually available within a few days.

For international clients and busy people everywhere. Greater flexibility to schedule and adjust appointments. If accessing the therapy you need is a problem, online therapy may be the solution.

Sessions can take place via video or telephone call. 

My approach

People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes they come with a clear idea of what they want to work on or need support with. For others it may feel like a bit of a mystery. But the sense of discomfort, of dis-ease, and the symptoms they may have means that, for some at least, they find therapy.

It’s very personal and individual. Therapy is not a one size fits all. If you resonate with this: Welcome! If you desire to resolve whatever ails, then Welcome! If you’re simply curious: Welcome!

My basic approach is integrative and transpersonal. This means that the therapy is not constrained within a single tradition. Instead, we do what works! And it recognises that therapy may lead to personal growth and development too. There are also person-centred, psychodynamic and Jungian influences in my work.

I specialise in working with people affected by psychological trauma in the widest sense of the term – PTSD, complex PTSD, and many other things. For trauma, I use mainly EMDR, ego state therapy, and flash.
